“Gorgeously renovated property in an old mill. Fantastically located just south of Malham (and all its beautiful sights), and literally next door to the pennine way. Parking was easy, and communication/check-in was fantastic. I’m not sure there’s much to say about Airton itself other than it has a good vibe and a decent local farm shop (and cafe), which can be accessed via an amazing river walk straight from the mill itself. The only real shame about the property is that it doesn’t allow dogs. It’s such a dog friendly area of the world otherwise, and I would have loved to recommend this property to a number of friends who have canine companions. The only other minor observation I would make note of is that the walls seem quite thin between the mill properties. So be conscious of how noisy you are, but also be aware that you may hear smatterings of conversation or the drone of a TV through the walls, which might be a problem for light and/or early sleepers”
